What I Do
As a fractional executive, I work with companies who are past the early scrappy days — but not quite ready to commit to a full-time CMO or CRO.
Instead of locking yourself into an expensive hire too early, we work together on what matters most:

I’ve worked across industries: from health & beauty to luxury retail, furniture, solar, and direct-to-consumer eCommerce.

How It Works
Every engagement follows a clear structure:
- Fixed monthly retainer for guaranteed availability
- Performance-based success fee tied to business results
- +15% coordination markup on additional execution resources (only when needed)
You can start with 1 day/week or go up to 3–4 days/week.
I check in at least every other day and stay close to the team — remote or on-site.
My standard working week runs Sunday through Friday.
Saturdays are off unless there’s a board meeting, offsite, or important event.

My Background
I started in marketing and growth roles back in 2005, and have spent over two decades helping companies scale. Founder and owner of the Growth Consultancy GANDT Ventures, CMO and Co-Founder at MIFLORA, Head of Online Marketing at Westwing Home & Living and C-Date’s very first employee (back in the mid-2000s, yes that is pre-iPhone and Facebook!).
From interim CMO roles, and Marketing Advisor to the Board at companies like DrSmile, Bucherer, Younergy, and Pedego Electric Bikes to coaching investor-backed teams in direct-to-consumer and retail, I’ve seen what works — and what gets in the way.
I’ve worked across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the UK, France, the United States, and beyond — with teams on-site and remote.
