Let’s talk about what it actually looks like when we work together.

I’m currently open to new fractional executive opportunities —
both remote and on-site — and available worldwide.

Most of my clients come to me when the stakes are high: new markets, team friction, flatlining sales, or simply too many priorities without a clear roadmap. I step into these moments with focus and calm, and I work quickly to create structure that lasts beyond my involvement.

What to Expect When We Work Together

You’re not hiring a consultant. You’re bringing in an operator — someone who’s done this before and knows how to get your team moving. I work directly with founders, leadership teams, and marketers who are ready to level up but can’t afford to make the wrong hire or lose another quarter chasing their tail.

The day-to-day depends on the setup, but I stay close to the action. I check in every other day, at a minimum. I join weekly stand-ups. I review the pipeline. I ask the uncomfortable questions. And I help your team build better answers.

When additional support is needed — whether that’s performance marketing, CRM configuration, content, or analytics — I coordinate trusted experts from my own network. These are people I’ve worked with across multiple projects. You can work with them directly or through me, and I apply a 15% coordination fee to reflect the effort of stitching it all together. It’s clean, efficient, and designed to save you time while increasing output.

Where I Work Best

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worked with a wide range of businesses — but a few sectors stand out where I bring the most value.

I’ve led go-to-market work for direct-to-consumer brands that rely on sharp positioning, smart funnel design, and high-touch performance marketing. I’ve worked extensively with traditional retail brands, especially in luxury fashion and premium home goods, where brand perception and operational excellence go hand in hand. And in the last few years, I’ve spent a lot of time in the solar and energy space, helping scale-ups bridge the gap between technical product teams and commercial execution.

That mix — brand-driven, customer-focused, and operationally complex — is where I thrive.

A Simple Working Model

I don’t believe in vague agreements or endless billing cycles. My work is based on a fixed monthly retainer, coupled with a success-based commission model for sales outcomes we agree on together. Most clients work with me between one and four days per week. We adjust the rhythm depending on the stage you’re in and what’s needed.

I’m based in Switzerland, but I work with teams globally. Some engagements are fully remote. Others involve regular travel or deep on-site sprints. I work Sunday through Friday — Saturdays are for my family unless a board role or industry event is on the calendar.

This setup isn’t just flexible — it’s intentional.
It lets me stay close to the work without getting in the way of your team’s autonomy.
