They say it's lonely at the top. But if you're a business owner or scale-up founder, it's not just loneliness — it's bandwidth, clarity, and alignment you're missing. That's where I come in.

I work with companies that are growing fast — or need to. And I do it part-time, on purpose.

Being a fractional executive means I jump into your business when it matters most. Not just to give advice, but to sit with your team, solve bottlenecks, and reset momentum. Most of my work happens in the tension between vision and execution — that space where founders often get stuck. And that’s exactly where I thrive.

It's not just consulting

This isn’t a one-off PowerPoint presentation or a motivational talk. I roll up my sleeves and get things done alongside your team. That means:

  • Reworking your marketing structure
  • Aligning your go-to-market strategy
  • Fixing messy reporting loops
  • Helping your team stop spinning and start shipping

I’m not shy about owning outcomes. All clients work with me on a simple model: a fixed monthly retainer plus a sales-based commission. That way we’re both aligned: you get results, and I get rewarded for helping you get there.

A team behind the scenes

No one does this kind of work entirely solo. I bring in vetted specialists when needed — from content creators to analytics pros and CRM implementers. You don’t have to find them. I coordinate and integrate them as part of your operating model.

There’s a +15% coordination fee on top of their standard rates — whether they invoice through me or directly with you. Simple, transparent, and worth every franc. You get senior talent without the recruiting drama.

Remote, on-site, and always in sync

I work globally — mostly remote, often hybrid. Some weeks I’m embedded for several days, other times I’m checking in every other day and guiding the work from a distance. Either way, you’ll hear from me. You’ll feel me in the room.

My working week runs Sunday through Friday. Saturdays are for family — unless there’s a board meeting or I’m giving a talk.

Why it works

Fractional leadership is about trust, rhythm, and impact. I don’t replace your team — I unlock them. I help them focus on what matters, remove blockers, and build the muscle to keep going when I’m not around.

And when I leave? The engine keeps running.

A distinguished man in a suit and glasses engages in a conversation, his gaze directed towards an unseen individual. The setting appears to be a modern office with large windows, suggesting a professional and collaborative environment. The overall mood is one of focused discussion and business interaction.
